I think it’s a great idea. From another developer’s perspective it’s always nice to see how somebody else goes about doing things just to make sure that the way I am working isn’t completely wacked…

Having them be a distributed as a video podcast would also be sweet just for being able to get it onto my iPhone.

I think it would be great. I’ve been blogging about starting a game company and developing apps, so I think that a video diary would be very compelling. I’d certainly be interested in watching the videos – about as interested I am in reading your blog (which I do regularly).

Do it. It’s incredibly easy to create a screencast on a Mac. As long as you’re under the 10 minute count you can also host them on YouTube to save yourself the bandwidth.

Yes, I’d be definitely interested in watching! I also teach in a CS course and know some students that would also want to watch it.
